Let's get acquainted!

Each project is formed by personalities thanks to which it exists, operates and evolves! MOLFAR was also formed by its people, personalities of its founders, inspirers, volunteers and benefactors. Their involvement and dedication is the factor which holds together the whole Ukraine. Dedication has inspired tens of thousands of soldiers to defend freedom of Ukraine, Ukrainians and millions of other people around the world - to defend Ukraine's aspirations for freedom and development!

The goal of our team is to test the main provisions of the Military Medical Doctrine of Ukraine, which were developed with involvement of some of our team members in part of organization of medical logistics to fast-track and improve the efficiency of rescue of wounded. Since achieving this goal requires well-coordinated actions our work is formed on the foollowing principles

  1. Team's strength is in its dedicated people;
  2. In our team everyone is responsible for their part of work;
  3. We are open to new ideas;
  4. Our scheme of making decision: discuss -> oppose -> agree -> work as a single mechanism.
  5. We, as a team, help our country to win the war.

Since our project is directly linked to the events taking place in Ukraine during the undeclared war by Russia on the Ukrainian territory, people involved in our project actively use these principles in practice, in organizing rescue of wounded and assistance in healing their souls.
